Payroll done right, every pay period

Accurate pay for your team and on-time remittances to the CRA, whether you run payroll in-house or through ADP or Ceridian.

A good fit if…

  • You're hiring your first employees
  • Payroll takes hours out of every pay period
  • You've been late on a remittance, or worry you might be
  • You use ADP or Ceridian but want someone to manage it

What's included

We manage your payroll from start to finish, so your employees are paid correctly and your business stays compliant with its CRA obligations.

  • Bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Payroll submissions to ADP or Ceridian
  • In-house payroll service
  • Validation of every payroll run
  • Maintaining your payroll schedule
  • Payroll source deduction remittances to the CRA

Why it matters

As an employer, you're responsible for deducting CPP contributions, EI premiums and income tax from your employees' pay, and for sending those amounts to the CRA on time. Late or short remittances can lead to penalties and interest, and the CRA can hold business owners and directors responsible for unremitted amounts.

We keep a payroll calendar for your business and validate every run, so deadlines don't slip and errors are caught before your team is paid.

Behind on payroll remittances? The sooner it's addressed, the better. See how our CRA support can help.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our existing ADP or Ceridian setup?

Yes. We can prepare and submit payroll through your existing ADP or Ceridian account, or run payroll in-house for you if you don't use a payroll provider.

What happens if a payroll remittance is late?

The CRA can charge penalties and interest on late or short payroll remittances. Your remittance due dates depend on your remitter type. We track them for your business so payments are made on time.

Do I need a CRA payroll account before I can start?

Employers need a payroll program account (RP) with the CRA before they can remit source deductions. If you don't have one yet, we can set it up for you.
